Street House #10 is a three storey European style house or apartment block. It has a central wooden front door. Above this are two floors each with a dual patio doors each opening onto a small balcony. The building has damaged render exposing the stone work underneath. It has a tiled roof that slopes from the rear of the building down to the front.
