Stalingrad Block Ruin #4 is large four storey imposing building with extensive damage to the front elevation and roof area. The ground floor has three wide archways with a doorway and large multi-frame windows.
The building is cast in 6 parts with 2 parts to each of ground floor, first floor to third floor and roof level.
