90/53 Anti Aircraft Gun
The Italian 90/53 was a 90mm anti aircraft gun that also doubled as an anti tank gun.
The 90/53 was produced by Ansaldo and entered service in 1939. Original plans were for three variants, static, towed and vehicle mounted although only 539 had been delivered by 1943. After the surrender of Italy, the Germans redesignated it as 9cm Flak309/1(i) with some being used in the air defence of Germany and the rest remaining in Italy.
