Pz Kpfw I Ausf F (VK18.01) Late
The Pz Kpfw I Ausf F was developed as an infantry support tank and was armed with two 7.92mm MG34. The Ausf F weighed between 18 and 21 tonnnes and had a crew of two.
Thirty vehicles were produced in 1940 with an additional order for 100 which was subsequently canceled. Eight of the thirty served with 1st Panzer Division at the Battle of Kursk in 1943. The remainder were supplied to Army schools for training and evaluation.
