Carro Comando M13/40 WIth Twin 8mm Machine Guns
The M13/40 entered service in 1940.
The Carro Comando M13/40 had the turret removed and replaced by a large multi piece hatch. It retained the twin 8mm hull mounted machine guns. Thge tank was fitted with additional radios and communication equipment.
M13/40 served in Greece and in North Africa although by 1942 they were deployed alongside Semovente 75/18 self propelled guns to provide greater firepower.
