Ford G917T Maultier German Half Track
The G917T was a German 3ton 4x2 truck produced by Ford in Cologne. It was rear wheel drive and powered by a 3.6l Ford V8 engine producing 90HP. While many German trucks were converted to Maultier "Mule" or half track versions, there are very few examples of the Ford G917T Maultier although some were manufactured between 1939 and 1942. However the replacement of the G917T with the Ford V3000 meant the latter was more common as a half track version.
