A superb example of the E-50 that was designed to be a standard medium tank to replace the Panther and Tiger I but never quite entered service. The E-50 design was longer then the Panther and almost identical to the King Tiger with the suspension using a conical spring system instead of the more traditional torison bar design. The E-50 chassis was also planned to be used in a number of other roles including this upgraded version of the Sturmtiger.
