E-100 Waffentrager with 12.8cm Pak 40

A superb example of the E-100 that was designed as a super heavy tank but never quite entered service despite the prototype chassis being complete by the end of WWII. Developed in 1936 by Rheinmetall-Borsig, the first prototype Flak 40 was tested in late 1937. In addition to the single barrel Flak40, an anti tank version, the 12.8cm Pak 40 was proposed. This was later rejected in favour of the Krupp 12.8cm Pak 44. Includes decals and photo etched parts.
