Hell Cannon Syrian Artillery

The Hell Cannon is a general name to describe mortar-like improvised weapons used by insurgents during the Syrian Civil War. Manufactured in 2012 it was designed to shell the town of al-Foua. The Hell Cannon and its variants have been built around Aleppo. The cannon barrel is around 3ft long mounted on wheels and can be towed. It fires a re-purposed gas cylinder filled with explosives. The projectile weighs around 88lbs which is around 3/4 explosives.
