The L3/33 was an Italian Light Tank used during WWII. The designation indicated L for Light Tank, 3 for the weight in tons and 33 as the year it entered service. This kit depicts an L3 fitted with the 20mm Solothurn Anti Tank Rifle which was chosen instead of the 20mm Breda Model 1935. The L3/33 saw action in Spain, France, the Balkans, Italian North Africa and Italian East Africa.
