British Mk II 'Male' WWI Tank - Arras 1917

The Mk I had no turret and a rhomboid shape giving it a low centre of gravity. The Mk I Male was armed with a two 6 Pounders carried in a sponson on each side of the tank and three 8mm Hotchkiss machine guns. The Mk II had some improvements over the Mk I but was assigned for training purposes only with 20 initially shipped to France. Another 25 joined them for the Battle of Arras in 1917.
