The Vickers 6 Ton or Vickers Mk E was a British Tank built in 1928. The Soviets based the T-26 on the Vickers E and the Poles based the 7TP on the Vickers. By the start of WWII it was the second most common tank design after the Renault FT-17. The Type A mounted a twin turret design with each housing a Vickers machine gun. The largest contingent of Type As served with the Polish Army in 1939.
