The Panhard was and advanced French 4x4 Armoured car designed for the French Army before WWII. It was crewed by 4 men and armed with a 25mm main gun and a 7.5mm coaxial machine gun. The Panhard was designed for reconnaissance and allocated to the mechanised and motorised forces. By late 1944 a new turret design was designed with a cylindrical shape and a 47mm SA35 gun and machine gun.
