The kit includes 5 fast assembly half tracks and 40 crew with options to build either M3 or M3A1 variants. The M3 half track was the basic personnel carrier variant. It had seating for a rifle squad or section of 10 men as well as three in the cab. The M3A1 was a modified M3 with a ring mount M49 and "pulpit" for 0.50 cal heavy machine gun also used for AA defence.
