Type 89 I-Go "KÅ" Gasoline Hybrid Japanese Medium Tank
The Type 89 I-Go Medium tank was a Japanese design used between 1932 and 1942. The main armament was a short barrel low velocity Type 90 57mm gun. By 1942 the I-Go were being withdrawn from frontline service although many saw action in the Battle of the Philippines, Battle of Malaya and the Burma Campaign.
