The ISU-122 was based on the same chassis as the ISU-152 with an A19S 122mm gun instead of the ML-20S 152mm Howitzer. The ISU-122 combined three main roles, heavy assault gun , tank destroyer and self propelled howitzer. However its main use tended to concentrate on its anti-tank role. The ISU-122 remained in Soviet service in one shape or another until 1960. This kit is snap fit and requires no glue which makes it ideally suited for both wargamers or younger modellers.
