Based on the ZIS-6 truck, the M-13 was one of the earliest mounts of the infamous Katyusha rocket launchers (or "Stalin's Organs"). This variant was manufactured until December 1941 by which time 456 vehicles had been produced. The M-13 was later mounted on other vehicles.
