Messerschmitt ME Bf-109 G6

The ME Bf 109 was designed by Willy Messerschmitt in the 1930s. It was produced in greater quantities than any other fighter aircraft in history with 33,984 produced up to April 1945. It accounted for 57% of Germany's fighter production. The model G 'Gustav' was prodcued from February 1942. The G6 had a 13mm MG131 replacing the smaller 7.92mm MG17 noticable by the wing blisters over the guns.
